The Krewe of Orion has become a cornerstone of Baton Rouge’s Mardi Gras celebrations, offering unforgettable entertainment, family fun, and community service. Our Krewe has quickly transformed from a small group to a thriving community of over 300 enthusiastic members.

Every year, the Krewe of Orion dazzles the community with a spectacular array of events. From the regal coronation of the royal court to the mesmerizing lighted nighttime parade filled with floats and marching bands, and the electrifying indoor parade at Masquerade, the Krewe of Orion embodies the essence of Mardi Gras!

We are always looking for new members to join the Krewe of Orion.  If you witnessed our parade or were a guest at our Masquerade and now have the urge to ride with us, click the button below.  We will review your application, and if accepted, you will be given further instructions regarding membership dues, etc.  You must be a 21-year-old or older male to apply for membership.

Financial Commitment

– Membership Dues – $500 includes the following:

• (1) member ride (21 and older) with costume
• Exclusive access to various Krewe social events
• (2) Masquerade tickets ($250 value)

–  Member Pack – $450 (Min. Must Purchase) – Orion themed member throws

Total = $950 (+ additional personal throws)
